Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

We are currently seeking administrative support to our managed Healthcare team to drive the development and expansion of our Healthcare service provider network.


What You'll be Doing

  • Sorting and filing of documents
  • Data cleansing and sorting
  • Direct phone calls to panel partners
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by the manager

What We Are Looking for

  • Independent
  • Meticulous
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, particularly in V-Look up
  • Able to work at least 3 days a week(Monday-Friday) based on a 9am - 6pm schedule
  • Able to work till end November
