Role Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data & AI Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with the investment, research, and technology teams to develop and implement advanced data analytics and AI-driven solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing investment strategies, optimizing operations, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of data strategies that align with the firm’s investment goals, ensuring the effective use of data analytics and AI across all functions.
- Advanced Analytics: Develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams, portfolio managers, and senior leadership to understand their needs and provide tailored data-driven solutions.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and technology teams to integrate AI tools and analytics platforms into the firm’s existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations.
- Research and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data science, and apply them to enhance our investment strategies and operational efficiency.
- Training and Development: Educate and mentor team members on data analytics, AI techniques, and best practices, fostering a data-driven culture within the firm.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI and data initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in data analytics, AI, or machine learning, preferably within the financial services, asset management or consulting industry
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
