Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our Quick Cut outlet in Singapore. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the hairstyling industry and eager to develop their management skills. As a Management Trainee, you will not only perform quick cut haircuts for customers but also assist in key operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Haircutting Services: Perform high-quality quick cut haircuts for customers, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist the outlet owner in creating and managing the weekly schedule for hairstylists, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Liaison with Headquarters: Act as a point of contact between the outlet and HQ, addressing any operational issues, maintenance needs, and other relevant matters.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
- Outlet Operations: Support the outlet owner in daily operational tasks, including inventory management, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills in both hairstyling and management.
Qualifications:
- A passion for hairstyling with a strong desire to grow within the industry.
- Basic experience in hairstyling, particularly in quick cuts, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage scheduling tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both the team and HQ.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
