Job Description
- Assist Project Director in coordination, drafting and documentation works.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.
- Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
- Manage site activities and sub-contractors to ensure compliance to quality standards and governing codes
- Ensure project is completed on time, within budget, contractual & safety standards
- Team player and able to work with all levels of staff
- Ability to work independently and to meet project deadlines
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
- Minimum 2 years experience in site coordination
- Skilled in AutoCAD drawings
- Have knowledge in site setting out and material scheduling and ordering
- Experience with residential landed house construction will be an added advantage
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English
