Product Manager
Job Summary
- Manage Product Marketing to effectively ensure achievement of the Business Plan/Set Target objective in terms of sales, profitability and sustainability.
- Adhere to and set systems to ensure a professional approach to all business activities.
- Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct market Research, and translate key competitor, and core technology trends into sound business decisions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical tools.
- Understanding consumer needs and behavioural patterns to identify appropriateproducts/services for different segments.
- Define product strategy and conduct regular product training for sales companies.
- Manage product life cycle.
- Develop and adapt pricing strategy based on internal and external trends.
- Formulate appropriate Go-To-Market strategies.
- Work closely with the regional offices on Sell-in/Sell-out/Sell-Through region-wise/channel type to ensure healthy sales and inventory.
Requirements:
- Product Management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, programs & engagements with regional sales companiessimultaneously.

- Passion to innovate with strong written & verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product marketing/product management.
