Responsibilities :
- Manage daily office administrative operations, such as billing and collection, attendance records and medical claims for staff, etc
- To assist Finance Manager in handling corporate secretarial works (draft resolutions, execute filings with ACRA, update & maintain statutory and corporate records required by Company Act
- Documentation and Record Keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- To build, establish, maintain, and improve relationships with existing and potential clients
- Manage phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism
- To take on other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work
- Responsible, adaptable, and flexible with a good work attitude
- Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Mandarin & English in both written & spoken (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
