Job Description:
The key responsibilities are include formulating sales strategies, achieving revenue
targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. The Manager monitors market trends, competitors, and customer needs, while ensuring the
company's offerings meet customer expectations. The Manager also maintains and expands the customer base through effective account management and exceptional customer service,
analyze sales data, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies aligned with
company objectives to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
• Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market,
expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth. Develop strong relationships with
potential clients and key stakeholders. Meeting with clients to determine their needs and
preferences, and explaining the products and services offered by Sampa. Represent the
company, attend industry events, and provide leadership to the team.
• Key account management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients,
understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention.
• Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Gather market intelligence and insights to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the
competition.
• Sales forecasting and reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate
sales forecasts and reports. Present findings to senior management and use insights to drive
informed business decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with other departments such as marketing,
product development, and customer support to ensure seamless coordination and alignment
of strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging
technologies, and market dynamics that may impact sales strategies. Continuously enhance
knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
