Senior Regional Specialist, Social Media
Job Summary
- Support in executing regional strategies and social media campaigns in the Southeast Asia region.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with social media agency and regional business units on the development and execution of social media strategies and content creation for new product launches.
- Implement social media amplification and affiliate marketing as part of integrated marketing campaign.
- Collaborate with the internal teams (PR/Digital/Ecommerce/Marcom) for strategic planning across social platforms to enhance online presence, community engagement and drive sales conversion.
- Review and edit the contents for TikTok as well as executive profiles and Company page on LinkedIn.
- Manage influencer marketing campaign and support media/influencer engagement events.
- Oversee video creation by social media/creative agencies.
- Provide social media analysis in monthly reports.
- Support regional stakeholders on reporting requirements.
- Manage vendors to ensure expenses are kept within approved budget and deliverables adhere to communication guidelines and given timeline
Key Job Requirements
Job / Skills Competencies:
- Experience in social media content marketing, executing social advertising, managing social media communities and influencer campaigns.
- Good knowledge and understanding of measuring ROI across social media platforms to make data-driven decisions, though technical knowledge in generating analytics is not required.
- Strong in agency management.
- Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) and other digital channels.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English to edit copy.
- Must have a sense of cultural fluency to work effectively with teams across the region.
- Work effectively in a team and manage various stakeholders.
- Solid project managements experience in managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
Critical Work Experience:
- A minimum 4 years’ experience in social media and/or content marketing.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, or related fields
