Assistant Process Engineer
- Salary: $3000 - $3700 (depending on experience)
- Working hour: Mon–Fri: 8.15am – 5.30pm
- Working location: Tuas (Transport provided at Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT station)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for factory routine / ad-hoc / maintenance task
- Plan and execute total preventive & corrective maintenance for different functional machine /equipment/facility
- Identify critical machine parts and stock in accordingly to minimize machine idle time.
- Manage spare part store and inventory within cost budget
- Perform machine setup and ensure smooth machine run prior handover to production
- Maintain up to date maintenance schedule, procedures, machine manual, risk assessment, check list and establish new SOP if necessary
- Guide and train the team member to enhance their technical knowledge
- Key maintenance personnel to lead a team of maintenance technicians for assigned duty
- Assist Engineering function for new machine/line introduction in terms of design and implementation
- Liaise with various vendors for job quotation & retrofit of machine
- Work according to 5S principle and company safety regulation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in electrical or relevant engineering.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in equipment and facility maintenance.
- Hands-on experiences for motor, pumps, formulation tank, scrubber, dust collector, chiller and air compressor will be an added advantage.
- Possess Manage Work At Height (MWAH) / Risk Assessment Cert preferably.
