Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline
- Answer enquiries and provide information
- Able to handle complaints and troubleshoot problems
- Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant and correct parties
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary
- Update call logs and reports
- Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- $2000-$2300 + $100 weekend allowance
- Kallang
- 5 or 5.5 days work week
- 6 months (convertible to perm)
