The Role
Reporting to Divisional Head of Human Resources, you will be managing HR Shared Services team, comprising of payroll administration and HR Operations teams. You will provide guidance to the team as well as work with HR Management team on process and system improvement initiatives.
The Candidate
- Recognized Degree/Masters in Human Resources / Business etc
- Minimally 6 years of Human Resource Management experience, with hands-on management on payroll and HR operations prior, alongside people / team management experience.
