Position Title: Business Development Director
Responsibilities:
- Lead all business development efforts within the Group
- Spearhead long-term business growth through expanding current businesses and exploring new opportunities
- Develop and implement business development strategies and activities to meet revenue goals
- Negotiate contracts with customers to secure beneficial partnerships and maximise business opportunities
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to the Account Management team to ensure targets are met and revenue goals are achieved
- Build strong relationships with customers and distributors, as well as the Account Management team
- Tracks emerging markets and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience with 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience
- Assertive and insightful, and possesses strong business acumen
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
