· Drive Requirements Gathering workshops, clarifications, consolidate in a detailed documentation and presentation to customer
· Translates customer business needs into data requirements, fraud scenarios/rules for detection and investigation, and clearly articulate and document as technical and functional specifications or design document.
· Develops and configures fraud solution/application including indexing of data, creating pages and relationships between profiles, configuring rules, alert generation processes and network analysis
· Support Implementation in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid Set-up
· Mentor other consultants via conducting development checkpoints, brownbag sessions and knowledge sharing sessions
· Demonstrates proficiency in the use of the following tools at the onset
o SAS Visual Investigator
o SAS Data Integration Studio

o In any case of experience gap, be proactive in learning and practicing hands-on prior to project onboarding and attending to further upskilling that may be provided upon onboarding
· Design test strategy, test plan and test cases
· Proactively drive automation and script-based activities to promote efficiency and reusability of work products such as that for testing, migration of artifacts from one tenant to another, production validation, etc.
· Diligent and detailed documentation of work products
· Prepare a production deployment checklist
· Support or conduct production deployment
· Be able to travel to customer site (maybe within or outside Singapore) as the business requirements may dictate
· Contributes to the creation of strategic roadmap and action plans considering client’s organizational goals, analytics maturity and technology landscape
· Provide a consultative approach in guiding the customer on the best practices and alignment of work product demands to business objectives and scope of work
· Translating the business and technical requirements to product backlog and user stories
· Be able to analyze and document the technical dependencies, user story/epic dependencies and integration dependencies of each user story
· Support in timeline and man days/effort estimation for the project plan, and for change requests
· Proactively trigger discussions on potential change requests or scope creep to the project lead, project manager or Thakral One management
