Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize large-scale data to explore and build risk control capabilities that span the entire business lifecycle, supporting the healthy and sustainable growth of the business.
2. Collaborate with business teams to develop appropriate risk control strategies, generate risk analysis reports, and identify emerging risk points in business operations.
3. Work closely with business stakeholders to synchronize and address risk points, ensuring the resolution of potential issues within the business.
Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of business and financial risk control, with experience in anti-fraud and anti-abuse strategies.
2. Demonstrated interest in finance and trading, with strong self-motivation, learning ability, and logical thinking. Experience in managing complex projects is a plus.
3. Excellent product thinking with the ability to use user insights and data analysis to support business decision-making.
4. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds are welcome.
5. Proficiency in SQL, Python, A/B testing, and machine learning models.
6. 5+ years of working experience in relevant field
