About the Role
In this role, you will be a core member of our Operations team, specifically in Aftersales. We are looking for a talented Aftersales Quality Support Coordinator to join our team.
Your Team
You will report directly to the Operations Director, and this is an independent contributor role.
What You Will Do
- Managing Distributors’ Product Failure ReportBeing the 1st contact point for distributors to report product failure on the field.
Work with Global Quality Team to investigate quality failure related matter.
Follow up Failure Analysis Report with Global Quality Team.
Maintaining a good relationship with distributors’ service center to cross share technical and product knowledge.
- Managing RMA reportsAnalysis failure pattern from RMA for improvement of next generation product development.
Periodical visits to distributors’ Service Centre for RMA stock count, and contributing suggestions for improvement of regional service centres.
- Proving feedback and constructive suggestions on product quality to the Global Quality TeamAttending Weekly Quality Improvement conference calls.
- Providing technical solutionsWorking closely with the Global Quality Team to enhance product knowledge and assist distributors’ service centers.
What You Need
- Proven experience in quality support coordination.
- Ability to work with distributors externally, as well as internal stakeholders globally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
