About the Job
We are looking for a sales consultant to help us achieve our mission of advancing the adoption of green energy and creating lifelong customer relationships. You will be a dedicated brand ambassador for our brand and guide our customers through the entire sales and delivery journey.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary contact for vehicle owners, assisting with their vehicle management or trade-in, including options for new purchases.
Provide exceptional customer service in all communication forms, including phone, SMS, email, and messaging applications.
Handle incoming leads, assess customer needs, and coordinate test drives or showroom visits.
Support clients post-order and maintain their excitement about the brand.
Collaborate with various teams (field partners, delivery, finance, marketing) to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and the competitive market.
Work with peers and departments to address challenges and enhance service for clients.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary education with a valid Class 3 driving license.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Positive and energetic with professional and excellent customer service skills.
