ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with our clients. Support client enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way. Taking responsibility in finding solutions for our clients, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies.
- Generate new sales through cross/up selling & referrals
- Responsible for all administration and coordination of activities within departments as well as to ensure the smooth procedure required in the front-line operations in our service.
- Plan social media marketing timelines and write digital marketing material
- Utilize photography, videography, and video and photo editing tools to create marketing material for various social media and website
- Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Conduct regular social media competitor analysis and identify opportunities and areas for improvement
QUALIFICATION AND CRITERIA:
- Min GCE ‘A’ Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in B2B service.
- A strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to embrace challenges and think creatively.
- Passionate about delivering first-class service with the spirit of excellence.
