We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Admin cum IT Setup Person. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of basic IT infrastructure setup. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the office while also handling the technical setup and support for our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and other clerical duties.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with budget management.
IT Setup and Support:
- Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, and office hardware (printers, routers, etc.).
- Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for the office team.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software, networks, and server setups.
- Ensure data backups and security measures are in place.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration and IT setup roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software.
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
