Project Administrator

Responsibilities:-

  • Assist Project Team in coordinating projects and daily administrative tasks
  • Assist Project Team to issue DO and arrange for delivery for each project
  • Tracking of project status and follow-up with project team for action
  • Keep track of daily time sheet of each project
  • Monthly Stock check
  • Filling & other general Administrative work

Requirement:-

  • Minimum GCE’N’ OR ‘O’ levels / NITEC. At least 1 year of experience in administrative role
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Basic Knowledge of Autocad will be an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • 5.5 working day
