Responsibilities:-
- Assist Project Team in coordinating projects and daily administrative tasks
- Assist Project Team to issue DO and arrange for delivery for each project
- Tracking of project status and follow-up with project team for action
- Keep track of daily time sheet of each project
- Monthly Stock check
- Filling & other general Administrative work
Requirement:-
- Minimum GCE’N’ OR ‘O’ levels / NITEC. At least 1 year of experience in administrative role
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Basic Knowledge of Autocad will be an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
