Job Summary:
As an Event Project Executive, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events and projects. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of each event. Your role will involve managing all aspects of event logistics, from concept development to post-event analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
- Handle on-site event management, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple taskings simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
