We are looking for a Director of Design & Marketing to lead and transform our marketing and design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both disciplines, particularly within the property industry. This role is pivotal in driving innovative campaigns, refining our brand identity, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including those involved in our projects overseas including across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and executive comprehensive marketing and design strategies to support business growth.
- Shape and continually evolve the brand identity for our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Oversee the preparation, management, and control of the Sales and Marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales teams to monitor performance, identify new market opportunities, and drive sales through innovative and effective campaigns across multiple media channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, consultants, clients, and potential clients.
- Ensuring all communications and projects align with our brand values and business goals.
- Lead the design team in ensuring the quality of design.
- Ensure timely delivery of approved designs to meet project requirements and timeline.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, and design with a strong focus on the property industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders including clients and agencies.
- Deep understanding of property market trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong understanding of the property market and design trends.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage, especially for liaising with stakeholders on Indonesia-based projects.
- Availability for travel or on-site work as needed to support project goals.
