Requirements
- Possess relevant qualification, diploma/degree
- Preferably with experience in HDB BTOs / Upgrading projects, if there are other projects experience, can indicate as well
- Experience in measurement of quantities and tendering for new projects
- Good team player and keen to learn
Job Scope
- Preparation of tender documents, calling for quotations and evaluating of tender submissions
- Preparation of monthly progress claim and certification of sub-contractor's claim
- Liaise and establish support with client and consultants on the certificate of payments claim including variation works
- Liaise with sub-contractors over site progress, claims and issues
