Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts and Sub-contractor Progress Claims.
- Taking off quantities, obtaining quotations from subcontractors and supplier
- Provide estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive costing for tender submission
- Estimate, develop & manage construction schedule, method of statement, and temporary plan
- Able to Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
- Any other duties that are deemed required to complete the works
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related.
- MUST have at least 5 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
- Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
- Willing to work at Tuas South area
