Our hero product, bback, is currently one of the fastest growing CPG brands in SEA and is loved by bankers, traders, influencers and bartenders with a high efficacy rate against hangover post drinking. Our personal care brand Stryv, is loved by hundreds of thousands of consumers across the region.


We’re big advocates of direct-to-consumer brands, and believe in the new world (Post-COVID), consumers buy directly from global brands through digital native storefront, bypassing distributors, wholesalers and retailers. This means commerce and information are more efficient, and the implication to the end customer is that product quality goes up and cost of goods are reduced drastically. We want to be the catalyst for this paradigm shift within the health and beauty industry.


Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated Associate Brand Manager to join our expanding Evo Commerce team based in Singapore. You own a brand pillar within our range of ever-growing products and you do what it takes to strengthen your brand and make it grow.

  • Marketing Campaign Strategy & Execution -
  • Working with cross-functional teams (including management, creatives, influencer and performance managers) to create evergreen and thematic campaign strategy and storylines that can provide content and value to specific customer segments.
  • Planning out monthly content direction and execution for your key product line based on the data, research and brainstorming. Working closely with an influencer manager to identify talents or nano influencers that suitable for your audience or create content with own resources
  • Building retention strategies with a CRM manager to further optimise and grow each of the product lines.
  • Platform Optimisation & Budget Planning -
  • Identifying social media, e-commerce platforms and new business channels to reach out to our customers, and to build social credibility through these sites. This also includes planning of the marketing budget spend, identifying revenue growth levers, and doing regular reviews/improvements to make sure sales targets are achieved (ie. paid media, website UI/UX, marketing places etc.)
  • Partnership Building and Management -
  • Building strong partnership with various different brands and retailers that is relevant for our product lines, with the objective of tapping on their network as well as taking relevant brands to value add our existing customer base
  • Strategy & Performance Tracking -
  • Analytical in nature; providing regular strategic recommendations on existing and innovative paid/organic media executions. Tracking campaign performance and managing budgets on a regular basis to ensure earned media value is maximised through marketing investments.

Job Requirements

  • A degree, 1-3 years of relevant work experience running effective digital marketing campaigns (experience in e-commerce/FMCG is a bonus!). Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Creative in nature; generating ideas, concepts and solutions and able to communicate ideas clearly to creative teams for execution
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including Shopify, SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, e-commerce marketplaces, email marketing and display advertising
  • Have good communication skills (English), both written and verbal
  • Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin & Chinese), written and visual communication
  • Be truly collaborative; able to work with product and creative teams to brainstorm, share and implement ideas (physical or with remote teams) – you should be able to work independently should the project require
  • Great people skills, thrives and innovates under challenging deadlines, especially in a startup environment
  • Experience with simple content creation, copywriting or design on Canva is a plus
  • Analytical mind with the ability to monitor, interpret and report campaign performance
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience marketing in US and UK markets is a plus
