Job Details:
- Basic + AWS + VB
- Working days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days)
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 1pm (Saturdays)
- Location: Yio Chu Kang
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor warehouse assistants;
- Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
- Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management;
- Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production;
- Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system;
- Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List;
- Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
- Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
- Planning for future capacity requirements;
- Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
- Provide monthly inventory reports; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request;
- Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation;
- Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs;
- Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs;
- Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
