Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Management:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for part-time freelancers, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring platform job demands are met.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize social media and various job platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.

Screening and Selection:

• Conduct initial screening and prepare candidates for onboarding.

Collaboration with Business Development:

• Work closely with the business development team to understand their requirements and address client demands effectively.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and nurture a strong relationship with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
• Results and sales-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• No experience needed, training will be provided.
