Responsibilities:
- Overseeing inventory stock needs and undertaking office management and administration.
- Handle incoming & outgoing mails and shipment for overseas purchase order and repairs.
- Tracking and following up of final products according to customer requirements.
- Provide administrative support to sales and management team by generating and maintaining stock report to monitor and track on inventory.
- Handle application with respective agencies for operational permits for business process and compliance.
- Overseeing the shipment and delivery of goods and liaise with Vendor administrative and retailers to achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Coordinate with forwarder on import/export work.
- Work closely with Service Centre for additional level of quality control to improve service standards.
- Maintain proper filing of documents, warehouse logs and records.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma & above
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience
- Experience in stock take is an advantage
- Meticulous and conscientious
