Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the identification, documentation, and rectification of defects in residential properties
- Ensure that all defects are addressed in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess construction quality and identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding defect-related concerns
- Address complaints professionally and work to achieve satisfactory resolutions
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and maintenance teams to facilitate defect repairs and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Prepare detailed reports on defects and repair activities, including progress updates and final resolutions. Maintain accurate records for future reference
- Ensure all work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff and contractors on defect management processes and quality control measures
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Min 5 years of expereience in residential constuction, property management with focus in defects management
- Familiarity with Singaporean building codes and regulations. Understanding of common residential defects and repair techniques
- Familiar with Singapore Building codes and regulations
- Able to do reports using PowerBI for data analyze
- Able to start within short notice period
