Individual to be involved in:
1. Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
2. Create and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
4. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion
5. Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets
6. Stay updated with the latest insurance products and industry trends
7. Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market trends
8. Develop and manage budgets for business development activities
