Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Design & Develop stages, manage project design, development, and procurement.
- Supervise and oversee site safety and installation, ensuring quality standards.
- Conduct on-site measurements and inspections.
- Coordinate, liaise with clients, suppliers, and teams for smooth execution.
- Manage and handle project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and permits.
- Assure quality and ensure deliverables meet client specifications and standards.
- Provide regular project status updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years+ of experience in project management, preferably in the events/activation or interior/construction industry
- Knowledge of advertising technologies like LCD and LED display signage, Point-of-sales stands, wall murals, pillar wraps, exhibition booths etc.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- A driving license is considered an advantage, facilitating site visits and project oversight.
