- Technical responsibility for safety systems, including coordination with Client, supplier, Safety engineering group and 3rd party specialist for engineering and design of Safety systems.
- Candidate must be fully familiar with international health, safety and environmental codes, standards, recommended practices and regulations and their application to similar projects
- Candidate must have handled independently plot plan reviews, HAZOP and safety reviews.
- Candidate shall ensure that the facilities to be constructed will be safe to operate and maintain
- 8-10 Years of Experience with Bachelor’s Degree, CFSE or equivalent Qualification in the oil/gas industry
- Experience of handling Safety systems for Onshore/Offshore Hydrocarbon project
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Industry code and standards governing Safety systems
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal and written), management of team and Client/supplier relationship
- Shall be able to lead / work harmoniously in a team belonging to different ethnic groups.
- Shall be highly motivated and result-oriented.
- This is a 1-2 year contract.
- Location is in any shipyard in Singapore.
