- Handle full sets of accounts including general accounting, accounts payables, accounts receivables and inventories
- Handle HR related matters
- Handle monthly staff payroll and annual E-submission of employment income and tax clearance
- Quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register
- Perform monthly inter-company reconciliation
- Review all accounting transactions processed by accounts assistant
- Prepare and post monthly standard journal entries
- Prepare income statement and balance sheet schedules and reconciliation
- Prepare and submit annual ECI, Form C and C/S to IRAS
- Ensure that accounting reports and supporting documents are in compliance with regulations, standards and practices
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
- Preferably with working experience in Singapore.
- Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to details.
