Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales and revenues targets within the allocated group of large strategic accounts.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with the clients to accomplish company objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and identify new business opportunities among existing and new customers.
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions to meet customers need.
- Handle complaints and resolve any issues and problems faced by customers
- Update CRM in a timely manner
Requirement / Qualification
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
- Successful track record in B2B sales.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Result-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Candidate must possess at least “A” level certificate/Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Possess Class 3 driving license(with own vehicle preferred).
