Responsibilities:
- Manage and leading derivatives operations team
- Handle people management & provide supervisory advice to the team
- Ensure settlement processes are in compliance with business & local regulatory requirements
- Proactively engaging and interfacing across Businesses, Finance, and other relevant functional departments to leverage information and streamline processes to drive performance
- Handle internal & external audit matters
- Involve in projects which are related to operational functions
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance or Business-related discipline
- Strong working knowledge in Futures & Options products
- Preferably 10 years of working experience in Securities or Brokerage industry
- Candidates with 5-8 experience in leading team is required
- Able to work independently and in a fast paced and challenging environment
