- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage and catering operations
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Leading team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing orders, staff, and finances
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

- Able to start work at 5:30am or earlier to overlook the all aspect of catering operation daily including logistic side
