· Oversee the operation of cold room warehouse, including material handling, order tracking, record stocks, operation as well as customer services.
· Ensure physical inventory accuracy by coordination with operation supervisor.
· Coordinate with operation department to manage inventory level between 2 warehouse locations.
· Provide inventory reports to customers as well as to finance department using a warehouse management system and excel.
· Organize & Maintaining documents
· Arrange container loading & unloading
· Take care the company phone & emails, answering & responding queries from customers
· Improve operational efficiency
· Managing logistic crew members
Job Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
· Required languages: Mandarin English
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Required skills: WMS, Microsoft Office
· Preferably Entry Level Specialized in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
· Willing to work overtime when required
· Good communication skills as well as problem solving skills
· Work 5.5 days per week
