To take charge in upgrading Company E&I’s technical competency. And also to plan and manage execution of multiple E&I maintenance/ capex projects
Responsibilities
- To develop and upgrade Company E&I’s technical competency via talent sourcing and training programme. (together with Technical Manager)
- Develop a team of E&I engineers and technicians to execute E&I maintenance or Capex projects
- Project/ Construction Management, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of Master Schedule and mobilisation curve, Material Take Off cost control and invoice preparation.
- Interpret and study the Construction and Technical Drawings.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Preferably with minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience as Electrical and Instrument Discipline of Maintenance/ Brownfield capex/ Shutdown in Oil and Petrochemical
