Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy, including advertising, marketing activities, social media promotion, etc., to increase brand awareness and user numbers.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor strategies through market research and analysis, adjust the platform's product and market strategies.
• Manage user experience, including interface design, user feedback, customer service, etc., to improve user satisfaction and retention rate;
• Analyze data and making data-driven decisions to optimize the platform's operational efficiency and performance.
• Manage the revenue growth of the platform, including developing and executing revenue models and optimizing revenue sources.
• Manage the team of the platform, including recruitment, training, performance management
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, prefer majoring in finance /banking / computer science.
• At least 5 years operation experience, better in financial payment or crypto currency field, with perfect operation knowledge system and practical experience, growth hacker experience is preferred.
• Experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency industry; those with experience in digital currency trading are preferred;
