About Our Client
Reporting to a data-driven leader who has been with the business for several years, our client is looking for a Head of Product who will be responsible for the end to end customer journey on their ecommerce platform. They are one of Singapore's largest retailers who is well-known in their space and has presence in several markets.
Job Description
The Head of Product - Ecommerce/B2C will be looking after their end-to-end product development with a strong focus on customer journey for a core B2C ecommerce platform. As this will be a team lead role, you will need to be able to showcase prior experience in growing and scaling teams as well as a strong track record in leading teams. As a strong product leader in the team, you should also have experience in working closely with both engineering and business teams. You should be able to showcase a strong commercial sense within the B2C ecommerce space with data and examples to back it up.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Bachelors' and above degree in any relevant discipline
- 8 or more years' of experience in leading teams within product management and launching successful products from end to end
- Strong experience in building and launching successful B2C products
- Strong track record in growing the user base and generating revenue
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders across seniorities and functions
