Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines.
- Optimize and manage databases, data warehouses, and big data platforms.
- Implement data governance and security best practices.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualizations and reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field including at least 2 years using Microsoft Data Lake ecosystem like Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks & Azure Data Factory
- Worked on data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka).
- Hands-on programming skills in languages such as Python.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
