- We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Steam Sauna Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of steam saunas. This role requires problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install steam saunas and related equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Testing: Perform comprehensive tests on steam saunas to ensure proper functionality, safety, and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to steam saunas, including electrical, mechanical, and software problems.
- Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance of steam saunas.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining installation and maintenance procedures, and offering recommendations for optimal use.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service visits, including any parts used and time spent on each job.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during installations and service calls.

- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
