Responsibilities
- Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Client Liaison: Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries.
- Creative Collaboration: Liaise with the creative team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into designs.
- Business Development: Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish engaging social media content.
- Client Meetings: Attend client meetings alongside management, providing necessary support and information.
- Creative Review: Provide initial feedback on design revisions before final client approval.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
- Background in creative design and communication is a plus.
