Padel (Racket Sport) Club Executive (Part-Time/Full-Time)

The Padel Co operates padel (fastest growing racket sport in the world) clubs. We intend to foster a vibrant and welcoming community for all padel enthusiasts. We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Club. We will be operating 2x locations in Singapore: one in Bugis (3x Padel Courts, F&B/retail space) and Bukit Timah (3x Padel Courts).


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Assist customers with inquiries, sign-ups, and bookings both in person and via whatsapp/phone/email.
    • Provide information about our programs, services, and events.
    • Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Venue Management:
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
    • Coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure the club/bathrooms are clean & well maintained.
    • Assist in the coordination of padel games, tournaments, and special events.
    • Monitor and manage court reservations using our booking system.
    • Coordinate with our coaches and clients to ensure smooth operation of these programs.
  • Marketing & Promotions:
    • Assist with promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and social media management.
    • Engage with the padel community through various social media platforms. Primarily through Whatsapp & Instagram.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Process payments, fees, and transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • F&B:
    • Fill in as a part-time barista when needed.
    • Receive barista training and support for registration with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
    • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and snacks to customers.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Barista Training: Willingness to undergo barista training and registration with SFA.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work at both of our venues on a roster system.
  • Sports Enthusiasm: A passion for padel or sports is an asset.
