Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Use knowledge of data analytics, machine learning and UI development tools and programming language to develop application to support the work needed
- Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics or reporting solution.
- Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholders engagement and deliverables deliveries.
- Demonstrate sufficient understanding of line management, capacity modelling, Cycle Time modelling as well as various area specific manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Participate in multi-area focus teams to improve complex constraint in line management or Cycle Time problems.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present project/approach/data in meetings with varying level of stakeholders.

- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial and Systems Engineering or related field of study.
- Proficiency in basic programming skills, preferably Python and SQL.
- Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning is a plus.
