Operation Manager

- Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.

- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training as needed.

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource allocation.

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high standards of service and hospitality.

- Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

- Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.

- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the market.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.


Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry.

- Proven track record of managing multiple outlets and leading a diverse team.

- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost management.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
