Job Description
· Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking, preparation for tender submission.
· Review specifications and drawing to determine the scope of work and costing structures.
· Manage submission of works, contractual requirements and VO
· Handling progress claim, progress payment & finalization of accounts.
· Carry out quantity take-off for tendering and on-going projects
· Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
· Monitor actual construction vs contract work quantity to ensure cost is managed within budget throughout the project.
· Attend project/ site meeting with customer, consultant and vendors.
· Responsible for the day-to-day on site running.
· Prepare the work Schedule and assist on project scheduling.
· Scheduling work to be carried out to ensure target meet.
· Managing of quality Control, cost Control, Health and Safety Checks.
· Preparing reports as required. (Weekly report, monthly productivity report)
· To perform any other Ad Hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
· Degree
· Prior working experience in the Construction Industry.
· Knowledgeable in MS Office, and MS Project and able to read technical drawings.
· Team player and able to work independently.
· Strong in time management skills.
· Minimum 5 Years working experience in Singapore Construction / Main Con / Builder.
· Ability to display initiatives, work under pressure and meet deadline.
· Good Communication Skills.
