- Lead competitors / customers / suppliers’ analysis and market analysis.
- Study key strengths and weaknesses of competitors and their growth models. Evaluate and plot our growth path with reference to others’ experiences.
- Provide analysis to business opportunities in food, agribusiness and sustainable fuel sectors, both horizontally and vertically to existing businesses.
- Assist in merger and acquisition projects.
- Assist in deal evaluation, due diligence, deal, negotiation, closing and completion of the deals.
Requirements:
- Master in Management from a reputable Singapore university.
- Mininum 1 year of working experience.
- Ability to understand legal documents.
- Ability to work with people at different levels.
- Prefer someone with global exposure.
- Willing to travel to Indonesia rural regions in Sumatra and Kalimantan.
