- Provide administrative support to the President, including daily schedule management, meeting coordination, and document management.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, take minutes, and draft reports.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in project management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and track budgets and expense reimbursements.
- Handle various documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or related role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective communication with all levels of personnel.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
