- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry trends is desirable.
- Min 2 - 3 years experience in sales support and customer service, preferably in the freight forwarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and document preparation.
