Key Responsibilities
Craft Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and creativity.
Serve Food: Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring every dish is fresh and appealing.
Customer Interaction: Greet and engage customers, take orders, and provide personalized menu recommendations.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the café spotless, from the coffee bar to the dining area, ensuring a welcoming space.
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a fun, supportive work atmosphere.
Promote & Upsell: Highlight special items and seasonal offerings to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
